依据「华侨及外国人投资证券管理办法」第4条第1项第6款规定，订定国际金融组织来臺发行之新臺币债券，为境外华侨及外国人得投资之证券范围相关规定，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the stipulation pursuant to Subparagraph 6 of Paragraph 1 of Article 4 of \"Regulations Governing Investment in Securities by Overseas Chinese and Foreign Nationals\", which stipulates relevant rules that NTD bonds issued by international financial institutions in Taiwan are within the scope of securities in which offshore overseas Chinese and foreign nationals may invest (stipulation becomes effective from 12th, September 2022)
