修正「限制输出货品表」，我国产制之158项钢铁货品输往欧盟採行管理措施（输出规定代号为132），出口人应于货品放行前取得本部国际贸易署委託台湾钢铁工业同业公会签发以我国为原产地之第7期原产地证明书向海关报运出口，自113年5月1日生效

MINISTRY OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS Notice is hereby given, for the amendment of \"List of Commodities Subject to Export Restriction\" by imposing restrictive measures on the exports of some 158 articles of iron or steel originating in the R.O.C. destined for the EU (export regulation code: 132); the exporter shall obtain the Phase VII Certificate of Origin issued by Taiwan Steel & Iron Industries Association commissioned by International Trade Administration, MOEA for the goods originating in the R.O.C. to file export declarations to the Customs before the release of goods (amendment shall become effective from 1st, May 2024)
