依據「證券商設置標準」第23條、第39條、第41條之1及「證券商管理規則」第18條之1、第51條、第52條規定，證券商申請增加業務種類、增加營業項目、設置分支機構及轉投資國內外事業等業務，申請書件應包括「證券商申請增加業務種類、增加營業項目、設置分支機構及轉投資國內外事業資訊安全自評表」，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION, EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for the stipulation pursuant to Article 23, 39 and 41-1 of \"Standards Governing the Establishment of Securities Firms\" and Article 18-1, 51 and 52 of \"Regulations Governing Securities Firms\", which stipulates that securities firms who apply for increasing types of operations and lines of business, establishing additional branch offices and investing in domestic and foreign enterprises shall submit the self-evaluation form of information security (stipulation becomes effective from 30th, September 2021)
