FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the stipulation pursuant to \"Regulations Governing the Administration of Shareholder Services of Public Companies\", which designates Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation as the institution to handle matters governed by Paragraph 9 and 10 of Article 3, Article 3-1, 3-3 and 3-4, Paragraph 1 to 3 of Article 3-5, Paragraph 3 and 4 of Article 4, Paragraph 1 and 4 of Article 6 and Paragraph 2 of Article 8 of the aforesaid Regulations (stipulation becomes effective from 22nd, April 2021)
