依据「证券商受託买卖外国有价证券管理规则」第6条第1项第4款规定，核准符合本规则第6条之1规定之证券商，得受託买卖「未具证券投资信託基金性质」之境外基金相关规定，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the stipulation pursuant to Subparagraph 4 of Paragraph 1 of Article 6 of \"Regulations Governing Securities Firms Accepting Orders to Trade Foreign Securities\", which stipulates relevant rules that securities firms meeting the conditions as stipulated in Article 6-1 of the aforesaid Regulations may accept orders to trade offshore funds that are not a securities investment trust fund type (stipulation becomes effective from 13th, August 2021)
