核釋保險業得依「保險法」第146條第1項第8款規定之其他經主管機關核准之資金運用項目，從事「保險法」第146條之1第1項之公債、金融債券、金融機構保證商業本票及公司債之附買回及附賣回交易之相關規定，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule pursuant to Subparagraph 8 of Paragraph 1 of Article 146 of \"Insurance Act\", which stipulates relevant rules for insurance enterprises engaging in repo transaction and reverse repo transaction of government bonds, financial bonds, commercial promissory notes guaranteed by a financial institution and corporate bonds in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Article 146-1 of the aforesaid Act (interpretive rule becomes effective from 24th, March 2023)
