核釋保險業辦理旅行平安保險集體彙繳件業務，得認屬「保險業招攬及核保理賠辦法」第7條第1項第12款第4目規定所稱「其他法令規定足資證明要保人投保意願之相關證據或填報內容」之情形，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule pursuant to Item 4 of Subparagraph 12 of Paragraph 1 of Article 7 of \"Regulations Governing Business Solicitation, Policy Underwriting and Claim Adjusting of Insurance Enterprises\", which stipulates the circumstances that insurance enterprises comply when handling group travel accident insurance may be deemed as other relevant evidence indicating willingness on the part of the applicant in accordance with relevant laws and regulations (interpretive rule becomes effective from 27th, July 2023)
