金融监督管理委员会公告：委託财团法人中华民国证券柜檯买卖中心受理上柜公司及第一上柜公司申报合併发行新股、受让他公司股份发行新股、依法律规定进行收购或分割发行新股、私募有价证券补办公开发行及减少资本案件（不包括同时申报增资发行新股之减少资本案件），自110年5月1日实施

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Notice is hereby given, for Taipei Exchange to be commissioned to handle the cases as follows: OTC-listed companies or primary OTC-listed companies file for the issuance of new shares due to merger, the issuance of new shares due to acquisition of shares of another company, the issuance of new shares due to acquisition or split conducted in accordance with law, the retroactive handling of public offering of privately placed securities and the reduction of capital (a concurrent filing for the issuance of new shares to increase the capital is excluded) (period of commission shall be from 1st, May 2021)
