依据「证券暨期货市场各服务事业建立内部控制制度处理准则」第36条之2及第37条规定，订定各服务事业应指派副总经理以上或职责相当之人兼任资讯安全长，综理资讯安全政策推动及资源调度事务之相关规定，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the stipulation pursuant to Article 36-2 and 37 of \"Regulations Governing the Establishment of Internal Control Systems by Service Enterprises in Securities and Futures Markets\", which stipulates relevant rules that service enterprises shall designate management personnel at a level higher than or equivalent to vice president to concurrently serve as a chief information security officer for overseeing the promotion of information security policies and resource arrangement (stipulation becomes effective from 30th, September 2021)
