金融监督管理委员会公告：为防治严重特殊传染性肺炎需要，各公开发行公司应自110年5月24日起至110年6月30日止，停止召开股东会，并修正「因应疫情公开发行公司股东会延期召开相关措施」，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Notice is hereby given, for stipulating that public companies shall stop holding shareholder meetings from 24th, May to 30th, June 2021 in order to prevent the potential spread of COVID-19; for the stipulation to revise relevant measures in response to the extension of shareholder meetings (stipulation becomes effective from 29th, June 2021)
