依據「財產保險業辦理資訊公開管理辦法」第8條及「人身保險業辦理資訊公開管理辦法」第8條規定，訂定保險公司自113年起應揭露氣候相關資訊，其中有關溫室氣體盤查及確信相關資訊辦理時程之規定，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the stipulation pursuant to Article 8 of \"Regulations Governing Public Disclosure of Information by Non-life Insurance Enterprises\" and Article 8 of \"Regulations Governing Public Disclosure of Information by Life Insurance Enterprises\", which stipulates rules regarding the timelines for conducting greenhouse gas inventory and assurance activity specified in climate-related disclosures which shall be made by insurance companies from Year 2024 (stipulation becomes effective from 21st, June 2023)
