票券金融公司依「金融控股公司及銀行業內部控制及稽核制度實施辦法」第8條第1項第2款第12目及第5項規定所定商業本票保證之業務規範及作業手冊，應比照納入「中央銀行對金融機構辦理不動產抵押貸款業務規定」之相關保證條件、額度限制及其他控管措施，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the stipulation that operational guidelines and procedural manuals related to commercial paper guarantee established by bills finance companies in accordance with Item 12 of Subparagraph 2 of Paragraph 1 of Article 8 and Paragraph 5 of Article 8 of \"Implementation Rules of Internal Audit and Internal Control System of Financial Holding Companies and Banking Industries\" shall include relevant conditions, limited amount and other control measures with reference to \"Regulations Governing the Extension of Mortgage Loans by Financial Institutions\" (stipulation becomes effective from 17th, December 2021)
