依「證券投資信託事業管理規則」第12條第1項第4款及第5款規定，訂定證券投資信託事業運用自有資金購買證券投資信託基金、期貨信託基金及境外基金之條件及一定比率及依「證券投資信託事業管理規則」第12條第1項第5款規定，核准證券投資信託事業得運用自有資金之用途，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the stipulation pursuant to Subparagraph 4 and 5 of Paragraph 1 of Article 12 of \"Regulations Governing Securities Investment Trust Enterprises\", which stipulates the conditions and specified ratios for securities investment trust enterprises purchasing securities investment trust funds, futures trust funds and offshore funds with their own capital and the approved uses of capital for securities investment trust enterprises (stipulation becomes effective from 2nd, November 2021)
