經濟部公告：公告依據「基於環境保護或安全考量不宜設立工廠者」第28項但書申請納管之未登記工廠，應裝設污染防治設備及自動監測設施之相關事項，自即日生效

MINISTRY OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS Notice is hereby given, for stipulating relevant requirements that unregistered factories which apply for incorporating into government management in accordance with Paragraph 28 of \"Factories Prohibition Due to Environmental Protection or Public Safety Concerns\" shall install pollution prevention equipment and automatic monitoring facilities (stipulation has become effective since 27th, May 2021)
