FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the stipulation pursuant to \"Regulations Governing the Use of Proxies for Attendance at Shareholder Meetings of Public Companies\", which designates Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation as the institution to handle matters governed by Article 7-1, 7-2, 13-1 and 15 of the aforesaid Regulations (stipulation becomes effective from 25th, August 2022)
