訂定有關「證券商管理規則」第32條第1項、「證券商辦理有價證券借貸管理辦法」第10條第3款及「證券金融事業管理規則」第38條第1項第3款規定，證券自營商因交易需求申報賣出未持有有價證券、證券商出借有價證券之用途、證券自營商得向證券金融事業借券賣出有價證券及證券商從事有價證券當日沖銷交易等相關規範，自110年6月30日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the stipulation pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Article 32 of \"Regulations Governing Securities Firms\", Subparagraph 3 of Article 10 of \"Regulations Governing Securities Borrowing and Lending by Securities Firms\" and Subparagraph 3 of Paragraph 1 of Article 38 of \"Regulations Governing Securities Finance Enterprises\", which stipulates relevant rules for securities dealers engaging in trades for the sale of securities not held, securities firms lending securities, securities dealers selling securities by borrowing securities from securities finance enterprises and securities firms engaging in day trading of securities (stipulation shall become effective from 30th, June 2021)
