有關電動騎乘玩具，其最大速率超過每小時8公里者亦屬本局依「商品檢驗法」第3條公告之應施檢驗商品，自112年7月1日起，應符合檢驗規定後始得輸入或運出廠場

BUREAU OF STANDARDS, METROLOGY AND INSPECTION, MOEA Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule that electrically driven ride-on toys (maximum speed exceeds 8 km/hr) shall be subject to the legal inspection requirements specified in Article 3 of \"Commodity Inspection Act\"; the said items shall follow the inspection regulations before being imported into or shipped out of factories (interpretive rule shall be becoming effective from 1st, July 2023)
