證券商受託買賣有價證券，得接受客戶當日以同一帳戶為融資買進融券賣出同種有價證券相抵後之餘額交割，不適用「證券商管理規則」第37條第6款本文，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for stipulating that securities firms accepting orders to trade securities may accept balance settlement of customers who use the same account for offsetting margin purchase and short sale against sale of the same type of securities on the same business day; Subparagraph 6 of Article 37 of \"Regulations Governing Securities Firms\" does not apply to the aforesaid securities firms (stipulation becomes effective from 22nd, August 2022)
