MINISTRY OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS Notice is hereby given, for the stipulation to revise the drainage outlet and the starting point and the end point of the scope of responsibility of Guanyinkeng River Main Drainage administered by New Taipei City Government; for the stipulation to revise the competent townships (cities) for the regions and the drainage outlets and the starting points and the end points of the scope of responsibility of some 5 drainage channels administered by Kaohsiung City Government; for the stipulation to revise the drainage outlets and the starting points and the end points of the scope of responsibility of some 2 drainage channels administered by Yilan County Government
