修正「科學園區農業科技園區加工出口區保稅貨物於進口地海關通關作業規定」，名稱並修正為「科學園區農業科技園區科技產業園區保稅貨物於進口地海關通關作業規定」；修正「科學園區農業科技園區加工出口區保稅貨物於出口地海關通關作業規定」部分規定，名稱並修正為「科學園區農業科技園區科技產業園區保稅貨物於出口地海關通關作業規定」；修正「加工出口區區內事業生產非保稅產品作業規定」第1點、第6點、第9點規定，名稱並修正為「科技產業園區區內事業生產非保稅產品作業規定」，自即日生效
