FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the stipulation pursuant to Subparagraph 6 of Article 7 of \"Securities and Exchange Act Enforcement Rules\" and Subparagraph 1 of Paragraph 1 of Article 8 and Item 6 of Subparagraph 2 of Paragraph 1 of Article 13 of \"Regulations Governing the Offering and Issuance of Securities by Securities Issuers\", which stipulates relevant rules for calculating the proportion of changes in directors of public companies (stipulation becomes effective from 11th, August 2022)
