FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the abolition of 2 decrees documented as Chin-Kuan-Cheng-4-Tzu No. 0960036507 regarding the interpretive rule pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Article 19 and Subparagraph 5 of Paragraph 1 of Article 20 of \"Regulations Governing the Public Offering of Securities Investment Trust Funds by Securities Investment Trust Enterprises\" and Chin-Kuan-Cheng-4-Tzu No. 0970061900 regarding the stipulation of the regulations pertaining to trust enterprise that serves as a fund sales institution under the provisions of Paragraph 1 of Article 19 of \"Regulations Governing the Public Offering of Securities Investment Trust Funds by Securities Investment Trust Enterprises\" (abolition becomes effective from 3rd, March 2023)
