股票公開發行公司以持有其他公司股票為償還標的之交換公司債進行私募，依「證券交易法」第43條之8第1項規定，自該私募交換公司債交付日起滿3年後始得行使交換權，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the stipulation pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Article 43-8 of \"Securities and Exchange Act\", which stipulates that a public company purchasing privately placed stocks with exchangeable corporate bonds whose repayment subject is other companies\' stocks shall exercise its conversion right after 3 full years have elapsed since delivery of privately placed convertible corporate bonds (stipulation becomes effective from 12th, September 2023)
