MINISTRY OF FINANCE Order is hereby given, for the amendment on Article 11 and 18 and the appendix of Article 4 of \"Regulations Governing the Declaration, Inspection, Duty and Release of Personal Luggage or Goods of Inward Passengers\" (amended regulations shall be taking into force from 1st, January 2023)
