核釋「保險業資金辦理專案運用公共及社會福利事業投資管理辦法」第2條第2款所稱符合主管機關所定條件且投資範圍為配合政府政策項目之私募股權基金標的及第7條第1項第3款私募股權基金投資之投資比例或出資比例不得超過該被投資對象實收資本額或實收出資額25%之符合條件，自110年12月26日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule pursuant to Subparagraph 2 of Article 2 of \"Regulations Governing Use of Insurer\'s funds in Special Projects, Public Utilities and Social Welfare Enterprises\", which stipulates the limits on the investment objects of private equity fund which comply with the requirements designated by the government and whose investment scope is in line with the government policies; for the interpretive rule pursuant to Subparagraph 3 of Paragraph 1 of Article 7 of the aforesaid Regulations, which stipulates the conditions for the investment of private equity fund whose investment or contribution ratio shall not exceed 25% of the paid-in capital or paid-in capital contribution of the invested entity (interpretive rule shall become effective from 26th, December 2021)
