BUREAU OF FOREIGN TRADE, MOEA Notice is hereby given, for stipulating the prerequisites of granting substantial transformation and requirements on the application for Certificates of Origin for the exports of solar products to the United States of America (stipulation has become effective since 21st, May 2021)
