股票尚未公開發行之期貨商，於依「期貨商管理規則」第24條第1項規定，辦理財務報告之公告事項，應向本會指定之資訊申報網站進行傳輸，於完成傳輸後，即視為已依規定完成公告，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION, EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for the stipulation that the publication of financial reports required by Paragraph 1 of Article 24 of \"Regulations Governing Futures Commission Merchants\" to be made by futures commission merchants that have not publicly issued stock may equally be completed through uploading the financial reports to official websites designated by the FSC (stipulation becomes effective from 17th, June 2023)
