財政部公告：台灣陶瓷工業同業公會及冠軍建材股份有限公司等3家公司申請對自印度、越南、馬來西亞及印尼產製進口陶瓷面磚課徵反傾銷稅及臨時課徵反傾銷稅案，不予臨時課徵反傾銷稅；本部將繼續調查，完成傾銷之最後認定

MINISTRY OF FINANCE Notice is hereby given, for announcing that the provisional anti-dumping duty would not be imposed on ceramic tiles originating in or imported from India, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia in the case requested by some 3 business entities for the imposition of anti-dumping duty and provisional anti-dumping duty; the investigation will continue for making a final determination of the dumping case
