FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the stipulation pursuant to Paragraph 7 of Article 23 and the proviso of Subparagraph 3 of Paragraph 2 of Article 62 of \"Regulations Governing Managed Futures Enterprises\", which stipulates the rules for the collection of incentive fees by managed futures enterprises (stipulation becomes effective from 17th, June 2023)
