修正「瀕臨絕種動植物之物種」附表1、附表2、附表3，除附表1中所列物種黃冠鵯（Pycnonotus zeylanicus）及附表2中所列物種真鯊科（白眼鮫科）所有種（Carcharhinidae spp.）自112年11月25日生效、附表2中所列物種梅花參屬所有種（Thelenota spp.）自113年5月25日生效、附表2中所列漢氏風鈴木屬所有種（Handroanthus spp.）、羅氏風鈴木屬所有種（Roseodendron spp.）、風鈴木屬所有種（Tabebuia spp.）、二翅豆屬所有種（Dipteryx spp.）自113年11月25日生效外，其餘所列物種自即日生效

MINISTRY OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS Notice is hereby given, for the amendment on Appendix 1, 2 and 3 of \"Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora\" (amendment becomes effective from 6th, April 2023 except Pycnonotus zeylanicus specified in Appendix 1 and Carcharhinidae spp. specified in Appendix 2, which shall become effective from 25th, November 2023, Thelenota spp. specified in Appendix 2, which shall become effective from 25th, May 2024 and Handroanthus spp., Roseodendron spp., Tabebuia spp. and Dipteryx spp. specified in Appendix 2, which shall become effective from 25th, November 2024)
