修正「限制輸入貨品表」，增列CCC9304.00.00.40-7「射擊動能低於20焦耳／每平方公分之彈簧、空氣或瓦斯槍枝」等2項貨品號列及其輸入規定代號「364」；另進口該等貨品免向本部國際貿易局申請輸入許可證，逕依上述規定辦理，自即日生效

MINISTRY OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS Notice is hereby given, for the amendment of \"List of Commodities Subject to Import Restriction\" by adding CCC codes and the import regulation coded as \"364\" to some 2 commodities; importers do not need to apply to Bureau of Foreign Trade, MOEA for import licenses but follow the aforesaid import regulation for the import of the aforesaid 2 commodities (amendment becomes effective from 5th, September 2022)
