修正「限制輸出貨品表」，增列CCC4403.11.00.20-8「紅檜（Chamaecyparis formosensis）、臺灣扁柏（Chamaecyparis obtusa var．formosana）、臺灣肖楠（Calocedrus macrolepis var．formosana）原木，不論是否去皮、去邊材或粗鋸角材，經油漆、染色劑、木焦油或其他防腐劑處理者」等14項貨品號列及其輸出規定代號「441」或「456」；另輸出該等貨品免向本部國際貿易局申請輸出許可證，逕依上述規定辦理，自111年12月1日生效

MINISTRY OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS Notice is hereby given, for the amendment of \"List of Commodities Subject to Export Restriction\" by adding CCC codes and the export regulations coded as \"441\" or \"456\" to some 14 commodities; exporters may follow the aforesaid export regulations for the export of the aforesaid 14 commodities instead of applying to Bureau of Foreign Trade, MOEA for export permits (amendment shall become effective from 1st, December 2022)
