訂定「國有非公用不動產出租管理辦法」第28條第2項規定，申請逕予出租國有非公用不動產補辦增劃編為原住民保留地之租金緩收、免收及退還之執行方式，自112年10月6日生效

MINISTRY OF FINANCE Order is hereby given, for the stipulation pursuant to Paragraph 2 of Article 28 of \"Regulations for Leasing of National Non-public Use Real Estate\", which stipulates manners of execution regarding the delay of rent collection, rent exemption and refund of the application for re-allocating the national non-public use real estate for direct lease as the land reserved for indigenous people (stipulation has become effective since 6th, October 2023)
