FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for stipulating relevant rules that an offshore overseas Chinese or foreign national may be exempted from the restriction that an offshore overseas Chinese or foreign national shall not extend loans or provide security specified in Subparagraph 3 of Article 21 of \"Regulations Governing Investment in Securities by Overseas Chinese and Foreign Nationals\" (stipulation becomes effective from 30th, March 2023)
