核釋「保險法」第167條之1第1項規定所稱「為非本法之保險業或外國保險業代理、經紀或招攬保險業務者」，不包括保險代理人或保險經紀人招攬營利事業投保國外保險商品之相關情形，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Article 167-1 of \"Insurance Act\", which stipulates that an insurance agent or an insurance broker who solicits profit-seeking enterprises to purchase specific foreign insuance products is not included in the type of person who provides agent, broker, surveyor services for insurance enterprises or foreign insurance enterprises not approved under the Act (interpretive rule becomes effective from 16th, November 2021)
