訂定110年上半年度適用「保險業計算自有資本及風險資本之範圍及計算公式」之人身保險業計算自有資本及風險資本相關報表及填報手冊、財產保險業計算自有資本及風險資本相關報表及填報手冊及再保險業計算自有資本及風險資本相關報表及填報手冊，自110年7月1日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the stipulation of relevant reports and filled-in manuals for calculating total adjusted net capital and risk-based capital of life insurance, non-life insurance and reinsurance businesses to which \"Scope and Formula for Calculating Total Adjusted Net Capital and Risk Based Capital of Insurance Businesses\" is applicable in the first half of 2021 (stipulation shall become effective from 1st, July 2021)
