金融監督管理委員會公告：委託臺灣證券交易所股份有限公司受理上市公司、第一上市公司申報合併發行新股、受讓他公司股份發行新股、依法律規定進行收購或分割發行新股、私募有價證券補辦公開發行及減少資本案件（不包括同時申報增資發行新股之減少資本案件），及創新板上市公司、創新板第一上市公司申報首次股票公開發行（含併同申報之增資發行新股及無償配發新股）及初次上市前公開銷售之現金增資發行新股案件，自110年5月1日實施

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Notice is hereby given, for Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation to be commissioned to handle the cases as follows: listed companies or primary-listed companies file for the issuance of new shares due to merger, the issuance of new shares due to acquisition of shares of another company, the issuance of new shares due to acquisition or split conducted in accordance with law, the retroactive handling of public offering of privately placed securities and the reduction of capital (a concurrent filing for the issuance of new shares to increase the capital is excluded); TIB-listed companies or primary TIB-listed companies file for initial public offering of stocks (a joint filing for the issuance of new shares to increase the capital and the issuance of new bonus shares is included) and a public sale of new shares issued to increase the cash capital before the initial exchange listing (period of commission shall be from 1st, May 2021)
