依據「證券交易法」第18條第2項、第60條第1項第3款、第138條第1項第11款及「有價證券得為融資融券標準」第6條規定，訂定依「證券金融事業管理規則」第38條、「證券商辦理有價證券借貸管理辦法」第15條及「臺灣證券交易所股份有限公司營業細則」第82條之2規定辦理借券，並於市場賣出時須符合之相關規定，自110年6月30日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the stipulation pursuant to Paragraph 2 of Article 18, Subparagraph 3 of Paragraph 1 of Article 60 and Subparagraph 11 of Paragraph 1 of Article 138 of \"Securities and Exchange Act\" and Article 6 of \"Standards Governing Eligibility of Securities for Margin Purchase and Short Sale\", which stipulates requirements for selling the borrowed securities whose borrowing and lending are conducted in accordance with Article 38 of \"Regulations Governing Securities Finance Enterprises\", Article 15 of \"Regulations Governing Securities Borrowing and Lending by Securities Firms\" and Article 82-2 of \"Operating Rules of the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation\" on the market (stipulation shall become effective from 30th, June 2021)
