修正「限制輸出貨品表」，我國產製之158項鋼鐵貨品輸往歐盟採行管理措施（輸出規定代號為132），出口人應於貨品放行前取得本部國際貿易局委託台灣鋼鐵工業同業公會簽發以我國為原產地之第4期原產地證明書向海關報運出口，自即日生效

MINISTRY OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS Notice is hereby given, for the amendment of \"List of Commodities Subject to Export Restriction\" by imposing restrictive measures on the exports of some 158 articles of iron or steel originating in the R.O.C. destined for the EU (export regulation code: 132); the exporter shall obtain the Phase IV Certificate of Origin issued by Taiwan Steel & Iron Industries Association commissioned by Bureau of Foreign Trade, MOEA for the goods originating in the R.O.C. to file export declarations to the Customs before the release of goods (amendment becomes effective from 8th, June 2021)
