訂定「證券投資信託事業負責人與業務人員管理規則」第7條第1項所列人員，得兼任本事業轉投資本國金融科技、本國保險代理人或保險經紀人、本國創業投資及本國創業投資管理顧問、本國子公司擔任私募股權基金之普通合夥人等子公司之職務相關規定，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for stipualting that the personnel listed in Paragraph 1 of Article 7 of \"Regulations Governing Responsible Persons and Associated Persons of Securities Investment Trust Enterprises\" may concurrently hold the positions in subsidiaries of domestic companies regarding financial technology, insurance agents or insurance brokers, domestic venture capital firms and venture capital management and consulting firms and domestic companies serving as a general partner of the private equity fund invested by securities investment trust enterprises (stipulation becomes effective from 2nd, November 2021)
