金融控股公司屬「證券交易法」第43條之6第1項第1款所定「其他經主管機關核准之法人或機構」之範疇，惟其參與認購私募有價證券應遵守「金融控股公司法」等有關投資及資金運用之規定，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the stipulation pursuant to Subparagraph 1 of Paragraph 1 of Article 43-6 of \"Securities and Exchange Act\", which stipulates that a financial holding company shall be included in the scope of \"other juristic persons or institutions approved by the Competent Authority\" specified in the said Subparagraph, and the aforementioned company shall purchase privately placed securities in accordance with rules regarding the investment and the use of funds of \"Financial Holding Company Act\" (stipulation becomes effective from 12th, September 2023)
