訂定「證券交易法」第22條第1項規定經主管機關核定之其他有價證券，包括外國發行人在中華民國境內募集與發行僅銷售予專業投資人之外幣計價政府債券或普通公司債，及大陸地區註冊法人在中華民國境內募集與發行僅銷售予專業投資人之人民幣計價普通公司債之相關規範，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the stipulation pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Article 22 of \"Securities and Exchange Act\", which stipulates relevant rules for foreign currency denominated government bonds or straight corporate bonds offered and issued within the territory of the Republic of China by foreign issuers and sold only to professional investors and RMB-denominated straight corporate bonds offered and issued within the territory of the Republic of China by registered juristic persons from mainland China and sold only to professional investors are exempted from registration (stipulation becomes effective from 7th, September 2022)
