FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule pursuant to Subparagraph 3 of Paragraph 1 of Article 2 of \"Regulations Governing Foreign Investments by Insurance Companies\", which stipulates that Kroll Bond Rating Agency, LLC and its affiliates in Europe and the United Kingdom (collectively \"KBRA\") are credit rating agencies approved by the competent authority (interpretive rule becomes effective from 16th, February 2023)
