MINISTRY OF FINANCE Order is hereby given, for the promulgation of \"Regulations Governing the Organization of the Mediation Committee for Contract Dispute Resolution for Private Participation in Infrastructure Projects\" (regulations take into force from 11th, May 2023); for the promulgation of \"Regulations for the Contract Dispute Resolution for Private Participation in Infrastructure Projects\" (the enforcement date of this Regulations shall be prescribed by the Ministry of Finance); for the promulgation of \"Regulations Governing the Fees for the Contract Dispute Resolution for Private Participation in Infrastructure Projects\" (the enforcement date of this Regulations shall be prescribed by the Ministry of Finance)
