FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the amendment on Article 10 of \"Regulations Governing Information to be Published in Annual Reports of Public Companies\"; for the amendment on Article 32 and 39 of \"Regulations Governing Information to be Published in Public Offering and Issuance Prospectuses\" (amended regulations take into force from 25th, November 2022 except Appendix 63-1 of Article 32, which shall become effective from 1st, January 2024)
