依「證券投資信託事業負責人與業務人員管理規則」第10條及「證券投資顧問事業負責人與業務人員管理規則」第12條規定，指定中華民國證券投資信託暨顧問商業同業公會等為辦理證券投資信託事業與證券投資顧問事業業務人員職前訓練及在職訓練機構之相關規定，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the stipulation pursuant to Article 10 of \"Regulations Governing Responsible Persons and Associated Persons of Securities Investment Trust Enterprises\" and Article 12 of \"Regulations Governing Responsible Persons and Associated Persons of Securities Investment Consulting Enterprises\", which designates some 6 organizations as the agencies to conduct relevant affairs regarding the pre-employment and on-the-job training for the associated persons of securities investment trust enterprises and securities investment consultant enterprises (stipulation becomes effective from 25th, August 2023)
