FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the amendment on Article 10 and Appendix 10 of Article 11, Appendix 15 and 15-1 of Article 15 and Appendix 20 of Article 19 of \"Regulations Governing Information to be Published in Annual Reports of Financial Holding Companies\" (amendment on the latter part of Item 6 of Subparagraph 4 of Paragraph 1 of Article 10 shall become effective from 1st, January 2024), Article 10 and Appendix 10 of Article 11, Appendix 15 and 15-1 of Article 15 and Appendix 20 of Article 19 of \"Regulations Governing Information to be Published in Annual Reports of Banks\" (amendment on the latter part of Item 6 of Subparagraph 4 of Paragraph 1 of Article 10 shall become effective from 1st, January 2024), Article 10 and Appendix 10 of Article 11, Appendix 14 and 14-1 of Article 14 and Appendix 19 of Article 18 of \"Regulations Governing Information to be Published in Annual Reports of Bills Finance Companies\" (amendment on the latter part of Item 6 of Subparagraph 4 of Paragraph 1 of Article 10 shall become effective from 1st, January 2024) and partial articles and Appendix 19 of Article 11 and Appendix 58 of Article 28 of \"Regulations Governing Information to be Published in Financial Institution Prospectuses for Offering and Issuance of Securities\" (amended regulations take into force from 24th, February 2023 except the latter part of Subparagraph 6 of Article 33, which shall become effective from effective from 1st, January 2024)
