FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the stipulation pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Article 18 and Paragraph 1 of Article 60 of \"Securities and Exchange Act\", which stipulates relevent rules that financial institutions may not engage in the operation of any securities finance enterprise and provide margin purchases or short sales for securities transactions unless they obtain approval from the competent authority (stipulation becomes effective from 11th, August 2022)
