核釋「信用卡業務機構管理辦法」第44條第2項第3款所稱之溢繳應付帳款包含經信用卡持卡人同意，所獲政府就數位振興五倍券及各部會加碼回饋款項提供之匯入款，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule pursuant to Subparagraph 3 of Paragraph 2 of Article 44 of \"Regulations Governing Institutions Engaging In Credit Card Business\", which stipulates that the amount of overpayment includes the remittances which cardholders agree to receive from the digital quintuple stimulus vouchers issued by the government and extra-bonus vouchers issued by various ministries (interpretive rule becomes effective from 24th, September 2021)
