MINISTRY OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS A disciplinary action which pertains to the illegal actions/delinquencies committed by Chia Ju-lung, a respondent of Taiwan Power Company; by the judgment of the Disciplinary Court, Chia was dismissed from duty and is not allowed to be reappointed for 1 year
